THRIVE ~ Finding Grace Within Change

How do we Thrive in the ever changing shift in consciousness? In this new energy of the shift, the only constant seems to be change. My life has been spent doing this funny dance with change. In the past, I found I would put up with what was unacceptable until the pain of the situation was greater than the pain of the unknown and the fear of change was the less of two evils. Then change was done kicking and screaming. I would find myself saying things like, "I don't do change gracefully, and I let it go with claw marks in it," and even though I was joking, kind of, I knew that was how it really felt. But when I was on the other side of the change, I would realize that it was always the best thing that ever happened to me. I found myself saying things like, "why didn't I do this sooner? How could I have stayed for so long? Didn't I see how it really was?" and a litany of feelings similar.

So what is the energy of change that we fear so much? could it have something to do with not trusting? Who is it that we are afraid to trust? And most of all, what can I do to release that and step into the change of the new Earth in Grace and ease?


The answers to these questions and the additional questions that came from the answers, all revolve around the lack of trust that we have within our own lives. We have been taught that we need to go outside ourselves to find our answers, our rightful place in the world, what we have to do to be successful in society. This searching for acceptance keep us looking for it outside of ourselves. The consequences of this training is that we have been set up to be judged by others. To judge others as we have been judged. We have become a society that is being policed by one another and controlled to conform for the benefit of the few. This "training" has us so screwed up. Why? So we don't learn to trust our own innate wisdom. We don't know how to validate ourselves. We stay in the energy of fear and we live dis-empowered lives. Afraid to be our authentic selves, looking for permission from someone else who has our best interest.


We are now waking up...


Of course change is scary. Who is going to tell us what to do and how to do it. We fit in before even as uncomfortable as it was, and now what?


Tonight's teleconference (check out the archives Dec 12, 2011) brought us into the awareness that we are living in an illusionary game. A bit about the concepts and underlining agreements that keep us, by default, in this game (which alleviates the blame and guilt trips), and most of all the hope of how to step out of the game.

We are becoming conscious. It is about change. It is about becoming our authentic selves. It is about learning how to discern what is best for US each and every moment, and it is about learning how to change even though you are still being judged and policed by others. It may sound easy but it has core issues all over it.

Stepping out and speaking your truth, coming out of the metaphysical closet and becoming the person you know you are on earth to be is a big change. A great teacher many years ago tried to show us the way. He was ostracized, persecuted, tortured, and publicly put to death. Then we are subconsciously reminded of this every time we go to a church. See what happens when you step out and try to be your fully empowered, connected and authentic self? Just look up and see this great teacher hanging dead on the cross. So do you think we have a lot to change? I do.

All of us have lived many, many lives playing this game, we have carried a lot of baggage with us to this point as though it was a merit badge. It's now time to radically shift. To change in a dynamic way. To release as many agreements as we can. To transmute as much Karma as possible, And to claim our place in this world just because we chose to be here. Because we intuitively know we are individual sparks of the creator. We are important and we do belong. We also have a deep knowing that it's our own responsibility to become the change we want in our lives. The good news is, that we are not alone. We can reach out to each other for help when we need it without shame, blame or fear of judgment.

It is my desire to help as many people as I can complete in this lifetime as much as they can. I have been guided to facilitate a karma clearing meditation where I will guide you as we approach the Karmic Board and asking for the release of all Karma. The Solstice is upon us. This is the time of year that the karmic board meets in Telos. It is the perfect time to a come together and ask for all our karma to be released. The way I see it, we are asking for our lives to change and in a dramatic way. That in and of itself will become the biggest life changing event of the year. Tonight's Topic 10-17-11 :  Energy Clearing 202" 

 Wow what energy! Last week's Energy Clearing was incredible. the amount of movement that I felt in my space through the clearing was amazing. Thanks to everyone who emailed and shared their experiences with me.  It seems that I wasn't the only one that needed to release the denser energies (entities and beings!).

For all of you who have been waiting patiently for the archive of this really transformational call, I can only say "the Devil made me do it" and to follow it up with "thank God I cleared his energies". All kidding aside, out of all the calls I have facilitated and recorded, this is one of only three that the recording has not been successful recorded. So, as intuitive as I have become, I immediately became aware that I needed to do an additional clearing call.

This is the time that the game is changing and we need all the freedom of movement we can muster. Becoming conscious of our own thoughts and desires is only a small part of why we need to release these energies. The bigger picture is that we  now need to create the space to integrate our soul's energy. To bring our non physical energy into our physical being. We are bringing Heaven to Earth and IT IS NOW TIME  to step up and take our place in what we came here to do, Who we are here to become.  Our souls purpose is expanding out from within us calling for our full attention. In the process, the noise of the old energies, entities and beings that have us locked in place, fearful of forward movement have got to simply be released.

Throughout this last few months, I have noticed an increased amount of entities latching on to many people, especially the Lightworkers.

Who are they, what are their intentions, and how do we not just free ourselves from them, but how do we prevent them from attaching to us to begin with?

The Shift. HELP! How can we manage through it?

Today the Shift is visible nearly every time you open a newspaper or turn on the TV. It can be seen in the breakdown of many old structures such as those that underpin governments, churches and corporations, as well as in families and individuals. It is also evident in the ecological breakdown of numerous Earth systems, a widespread perception time is accelerating, drastic changes in weather patterns, more people
feeling overwhelmed by modern life's complexity, and increased polarization between groups, religions, and region.
Fortunately, along with signs of breakdown, there is also considerable evidence of breakthrough: the appearance of stunningly gifted children in unprecedented numbers, the emergence of innovative and integrated healing modalities, people becoming less religious and more spiritual, and the dawning of new communities and social structures based on servant leadership and other partnership principles.
The significance of the winter solstice on December 21, 2012, according to the Mayan, Aztec, Incan and Hopi traditions, is that this date marks the close of several cycles of time. The first is the end of the 26,000-year Mayan calendar, also called a precession and the Annus Magnus (Great Year), considered by many a gestational or birth cycle for Earth. Mayan timekeepers believe that human evolution unfolds as a result of such precisely calibrated master cycles of time. They predict that Earth and humanity are
about to be birthed into a new reality based on a dramatic advance in consciousness.
I feel it is my calling to help people learn how to manage their thoughts and their lives as they journey through this dramatic advance in consciousness.  I will do this by teaching them tools that will  offer inspiration and personal empowerment. This creates an inner strength that allows them to be safe so they in turn will give themselves permission to become who they truly are so they can find their place comfortably as they journey throught this shift in consciousness.  My coaching sessions are for all who long for personal empowerment, Spiritual evolution, and the freedom to become who you came here to be.

Hello My Lovely Family and Friends,

First I want to thank you so very much for your concern for me. I am very touched. I also wish to apologize for a generic message to you all. But it seems the best way at the moment to get my message to you.

Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to

have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even

more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend's home. We share

supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.

During the day we help each other clean up the mess in our homes. People sit in their cars, looking at news on their navigation screens, or line up to get drinking water when a source is open. If someone has water running in their home, they put out sign so people can come to fill up their jugs

and buckets.

Utterly amazingly where I am there has been no looting, no pushing in

lines. People leave their front door open, as it is safer when an

earthquake strikes. People keep saying, "Oh, this is how it used to be in the old days when everyone helped one another."

Quakes keep coming. Last night they struck about every 15 minutes. Sirens

are constant and helicopters pass overhead often.

We got water for a few hours in our homes last night, and now it is for

half a day. Electricity came on this afternoon. Gas has not yet come on.

But all of this is by area. Some people have these things, others do not.

No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much

more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of

non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.

There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses a mess in some

places, yet then a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun.

People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking

their dogs. All happening at the same time.

Other unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No

cars. No one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered

with stars. I usually can see about two, but now the whole sky is filled.

The mountains are Sendai are solid and with the crisp air we can see them

silhouetted against the sky magnificently.

And the Japanese themselves are so wonderful. I come back to my shack to

check on it each day, now to send this e-mail since the electricity is on,

and I find food and water left in my entranceway. I have no idea from

whom, but it is there. Old men in green hats go from door to door checking

to see if everyone is OK. People talk to complete strangers asking if they

need help. I see no signs of fear. Resignation, yes, but fear or panic,

no.

They tell us we can expect aftershocks, and even other major quakes, for another month or more. And we are getting constant tremors, rolls, shaking, rumbling. I am blessed in that I live in a part of Sendai that is

a bit elevated, a bit more solid than other parts. So, so far this area is

better off than others. Last night my friend's husband came in from the

country, bringing food and water. Blessed again.

Somehow at this time I realize from direct experience that there is indeed

an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world

right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now

in Japan, I can feel my heart opening very wide. My brother asked me if I

felt so small because of all that is happening. I don't. Rather, I feel as

part of something happening that much larger than myself. This wave of

birthing (worldwide) is hard, and yet magnificent.

Exactly what is a solar flare and how does it affect us?
A solar flare is a magnetic storm on the Sun which appears to be a very bright spot and a gaseous surface eruption such as in the above photograph. Solar flares release huge amounts of high-energy particles and gases that are tremendously hot. They are ejected thousands of miles from the surface of the Sun.
According to Mitch Battros, of Earth Changes Media, "One of the best known prophecies/predicti ons of our Mayan elders is the message of a changing paradigm of our era. In the words of the Maya, it is said that we are now in a time of "change and conflict". The change is coming from the 'outside" in the way of weather, natural phenomena, celestial disturbance (sun flares) and manmade self-inflicted trauma. The conflict comes from the 'inside' in the way of personal challenge, grief, bewilderment, depression, anxiety, and fear. It is said we are "at the cross roads". A time of choosing a new path, deciding on a new self and community direction, venturing into the unknown, finding our true identity of being. Others will choose to stay on the same road, stay with the familiar, and place great effort to maintain "predictability. "
A recent study published in the New Scientist, indicates a direct connection between the Sun's solar storms and human biological effect. The conduit which facilitates the charged particles from the Sun to human disturbance is the very same conduit which steers Earth's weather through the Magnetic Field on Earth, and also through the magnetic fields around humans.
The recent geomagnetic storms are causing earth changing events in the way of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and wind storms.
 
Geomagnetic Activity on the Sun Influences our Thoughts
Solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System (stomach lining), all brain activity(including equilibrium), along with human behavior and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional- physical) response. Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxious, worried, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, forgetful, have heart palpitations, feel nauseous and queasy, and last but not least, to have prolonged head pressure and headaches; have you been experiencing any of the above lately?
The solar flares and photon waves are changing the fabric of our physical reality as they have a powerful effect on our physical cellular level, causing our cellular memories to awaken and clear. We often experience this as the body heating up in the form of "hot flashes." Our lower emotions are low frequency energy stored in our cells from past experiences and traumas that we have encountered and never processed -so they become stored as cellular memories. Photon energy is a much higher frequency energy that pulls up the lower emotional frequency so it can calibrate to the higher frequency. Thus we find ourselves releasing these lower emotions of sadness and grief without knowing why. These spells will last for about twenty minutes and we are left wondering where these feelings came from out of the blue. The elements of our blueprint are interfaced in the cellular consciousness and when the blueprint is amplified through photon energies various elements of the blueprint leak into our consciousness and we begin to remember our soul's purpose. We are pulled to make changes in our life but we don't really realize why.
The interesting fact about this energy is that since it is of a higher frequency it creates the power of instant manifestation of our thoughts; which means whatever we think, we create instantly. This never before happened in our lifetime and that is why many people are writing books on the subject on the Power of Attraction.
Photonic energy connects to our thoughts so it is important that we know what we want, rather than what we don't want, otherwise, we will manifest more of what we don't want. If you are in the process of change and transformation this energy works well for you. On the other hand, if you are stuck in the past through victimization and anger, you will simply manifest more reasons to remain stuck in victimization until you are ready to release it.
Note: The ancient texts, including the Bible, tell us to look to the skies as they would create the catalyst that would bring about change on Earth at this time.
 
The Affects of Recent Solar Flares
Many people are feeling agitated and un-easy recently. The solar flares can break apart old patterns that are no longer needed so new ones can emerge. This can make us feel hyper and exhausted all at the same time. It can also wreak havoc with technology such as computers.
We are beginning to notice many new symptoms. Time and space are beginning to wobble even more erratically than before. We seem to be losing track of time. We lose words when we are speaking. The day simply disappears. Many of us are not sleeping very well . . . again. There is lots of tossing and turning in the night and many are having unusual dreams. We are feeling huge power surges in the body; these surges are followed by energy drops. There are reports of nausea, body aches and pains, and dizziness. Many people feel a sense of overwhelming grief. Some feel like they are walking on water. Others say that when they close their eyes at night, everything spins. There are reports of visual disturbances, inner ear issues, buzzing in ears, throat and thyroid issues, cold feet, and even a weird symptom of having tongue dryness.
Are you experiencing any of this? This isn't anything to be afraid of ... just be aware of what it is and get extra rest and drink lots of water. And whatever you do, keep in mind that our systems are being recalibrated in ways that will in the end, allow us to resonate at a much higher frequency.

Consciously Shift your Energy! March 9th ended with a powerful X-class solar flare

Space Weather News for March 10, 2011 X-CLASS SOLAR FLARE: 

X-FLARE: March 9th ended with a powerful solar flare. Earth-orbiting satellites detected an X1.5-class explosion from behemoth sunspot 1166 around 2323 UT. A movie from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory shows a bright flash of UV radiation plus some material being hurled away from the blast site:

After four years without any X-flares, the sun has produced two of the powerful blasts in less than one month: Feb. 15th and March 9th. This continues the recent trend of increasing solar activity, and shows that Solar Cycle 24 is heating up. NOAA forecasters estimate a 5% chance of more X-flares during the next 24 hours.

When "Shift Happens"

Welcome to ‘The Shift’. Our consciousness is changing as individual sparks of the creator and as a collectiveness. The shifting energy that we are each experiencing is as different for each of us as our fingerprints are. This universal energy is pushing out the lower vibrational patterns (control, fear, lack, worry, gilt,) we hold in our personal field and It can be very uncomfortable if we are not aware of what this is and how it is affecting us. The energy is, at this point of the evolution of the shift in consciousness, working on clearing our emotional bodies, and are actually helping us purge our belief systems that no longer serve us. It can be very confusing as our learned behaviors and habitual tendencies are to understand what we are feeling so we can rationalize it to make sense of what we feel. This is actually keeping us trapped in the illusion of being safe. In essence, this is the worst thing we can do at this stage of the Shift. As we consciously awaken and become aware that our thoughts create our realities, we have to ask ourselves ‘what is the purpose of focusing or refocusing, on what I don’t want’ (realizing that these are lower vibrational denser energies such as control, fear, lack, worry, guilt, you’re getting the picture)? So how can we work with these energies that are coming onto the planet to help us in our ascension and spiritual growth? How do we Shift our energy to simply release our old BS (belief systems) in order to create Heaven on Earth for ourselves as individual sparks of the creator and collectively? I am a consciousness coach specializing in working with these energies. The higher vibrational frequencies now coming onto the planet become available to access and integrate into our consciousness. We just have to learn how to consciously release old patterns and make space (without recreating an undesirable pattern to learn from activating karmic agreements).
