Understanding These Equinox Energies

WOW! These Energies have been really powerful! 

 
  So, what happens when you mix the powerful equinox energies bringing you into balance with the shifts energies helping you to release your old baggage? 

Well, there are two answers to this question. The 1st answer is: It's a powerfully helpful time of accelerated release and growth that allows us opportunity to purge our lower vibration energy in order to make room for the higher vibrational energy  and cosmic light that is now coming onto the planet. Opening us up to receive and integrated this new vibration within us, allowing us to live in balance, freedom and ease.  

The 2nd answer is: A big chaotic emotional and/ or physical mess! Lots of old stuff showing up in our life and realistically it may show up as a very stressful and painful period of time for many of us. 

We are in The Equinox Energies on September 22, and we'll feel the effects a few day prior and a few days after this actual date.  The equinox is all about and end, the balance point, and then a new beginning. In the  physical earth sense, it's the same amount of light/darkness on this one day before it shifts again. In this side of the world, the U.S.,  we are going into fall and will now experience each day with more darkness (as the other side of the world is going into each day in more light). It is the earth energy of change that is felt in all of nature. The trees, the animals, the weather patterns, they all follow this energetic wave of change intuitively. No one teaches the trees to withdraw the chlorophyll that in turn changes the colors of the leaves. We just see beauty in the change. And,  there isn't a group of beings that are instructing the squirrels how to store nuts. You just see them busily doing their thing. You get the concept. It is the natural order of the shifting energies.

In addition, we already know, we are moving through this great shift in consciousness. The Shift is about becoming conscious, and about  the increase in our consciousness so we can hold higher vibrations like happy, joy, freedom (and so many more).  So here we have these pivotal points in time that are assisting us.  The Shift  is actually energetically shaking up the vibrations within each of us by the earth vibrating at a higher frequency. One of the laws of the universe is that a higher vibration will call forth and raise a lower vibration.  It is  so wonderful living in this higher state of well being!

What we don't always see is that sometimes the process  can feel really icky, especially if you don't know what's happening.  It just feels like your life is falling apart.  You don't have passion about what you use to any more, your realizing the world outside of you is changing beyond your control, trust issues are being challenged on all levels from family to government,  and the list goes on.  Do you remember what I keep saying, 'we can't take our baggage with us into the higher realms of consciousness'?    See, everything that is out of alignment is being amplified and is being shown to us. And at this point in time, it will feel bigger than life.

What I have been experiencing this week is a major shift in the way we think, feel and therefor process relationship issues. We are awakening to new desires and needs (two very different energies), and the ways in which we get these needs met has changed. Or are you noticing that... yet? 

 

The old ways, or paradigms, are falling away and we are standing at the leading edge of the new. Join me tonight as we explore ways to bridge the gap and become comfortable and secure bumping around in this new energy that is forming our new relationships. 

 

It is so very important not to get our fingers into other peoples dramas. Some things showing up to  look at are:  Why  others can't feel the way they feel, simply because it isn't the way you feel or because you can't be comfortable as they feel that way. Sounds confusing? well, It can be.

 

Relationships are the single most lesson teaching platform that there is. We mirror each other and attract like vibrational circumstances all day, every day. We play out over and over what it is that we believe. That's just LIFE. That's just what we were born to do right? Right. So who said that it had to be uncomfortable? where did we attach a belief that says that change is hard? That it's scary?

Well, It's simple really, it has to do with how safe we feel inside our own skin. How much do we trust that everything is in divine order? How  do we feel if it's not what we think when it is over and how easy is it to change to something else?  For some of us, that whole thought string is absolutely scary as hell and is in no way comfortable, desirable and as a matter of fact, I WILL NEVER LIVE THAT WAY!.  And therefore structure their lives no NEVER even be an option to consider.

More of us live that way than you may realize. In many ways we run from change, we run from the thought of failing and therefore trying something different. We have been taught that it BAD, even more importantly that WE ARE BAD when we fail. So you wonder why we don't try? I don't.

So Just how DO we become comfortable in change? How Do We learn to go with the flow and trust?

 

It takes coaching. It takes learning how to learn differently that we have been taught in the old paradigm. It take learning to trust yourself and the rewards are tremendous! The life we build on the new foundation is spectacular!. So take that step, take that chance... Lets roll up our sleeves together and walk into life on our terms, We have the help Now to do it. September 21, 2012 Special Equinox Message

have had an incredible amount of sessions, calls and emails around the issues and pain that is being held onto by these energies that are being shaken loose from our consciousness at this particular point in time. Enough that I wanted to address it and share it with all of you and to remind you that these are glorious times that we are experiencing. We are blessed to be moving through this awakening and although shedding 'who we are not' is necessary to become 'who we really are', it can be messy at times...
                                                But it's TOTALLY WORTH IT!

September 21, 2012 Equinox Message

This is the Equinox of 2012 and the basic LAW OF ATTRACTION is very active, maybe a bit understood but very active. At this juncture in time the universal energies have been working with each of us assisting us in merging our dark self with our light self so we can transmute the dark and become simply light. It's not about balancing light and dark or learning how to manage in the 3-d world of duality. It's about being in the higher vibrational world of 4th, 5th dimension and beyond.

 

These are the days, not out in the future but RIGHT NOW that it will count most as we position ourselves for the other side of the shift. It is our consciousness that is opening up. Our beliefs, our thoughts of who we are, our thoughts of what we are all about. Our thoughts of what is possible to become. All of these thoughts have been challenged because they connected to the dark aspect of self. It is in the light that we KNOW who we really are. We are Creators! We are powerful beyond our wildest imaginations! Our thoughts create our circumstances, our realities, our world. We are constantly creating experiences that keep us in the belief of who we think we are. NOW is the time, It is so vital that we get this.

It's no longer time to practice when it doesn't count. It now counts! So, are you where you want to be? Are you consciously aware of where your attention and focus are? If what your focusing on right now manifested is that where you want to be? Again, Its where your focus is that will continue to keep being created. Only you know where that place is. The thoughts coupled with the feelings, or emotions, are how we create. Look at what you've allowed in your focus and observe what is taking place. Can you see how your life is producing exactly what your past attention has been on? Is that what you want in your life's experience to continue to manifest? I'm really not kidding about this stuff! Our happiness (or lack of it ) and well being (or lack of it) is not coming from outside of us. It's not in anyone else's hands or anyone else's responsibility. It's an inside job and it's our responsibility. It IS the mastery we came here to master. WE ARE Creating the lives we desire. We are stepping out of the energy of the wounded masculine belief systems of controlling others behaviors in order to get what we think we need to be happy. It's a releasing of a core belief that we would be happy, safe, successful (and add all your own baggage)... if THEY only would...(fill in the many blanks that create the arguments of our limitations).

 

We have to stop and see what we are allowing into our thoughts, release the ones that we don't want in our experience along with the emotional charge that has magnetized to it. That's the work! That has always been the work. It's not about controlling anything outside of you to make you feel better. It's controlling, or mastering our thoughts. These are choices and being in this choice propels us into 4th dimensional space. Once this is really understood, why would anyone go back to purposely choosing to create what they know hurts them or supports emotional pain and suffering all the while blaming those they love, those they are holding responsible for their happiness, and ultimately for their misery?

 

We are at the point in this great shift of consciousness that it is time we stepped into what we hold as our truth. For some of us it's taken years of work even lifetimes of work to get to where we understand this universal truth. Sometimes it difficult to hold the compassion that is necessary to keep our own centers strongly in the 5th dimensional space, but I want this growth so much for everyone, I wish I could just simply crack open every one's head, reactive their pineal and stuff the new vibrations in, but I can't do that. It is as I said before, it's an inside job. No one can do it for us. I am a guide, within my mastery I can and will hold the space for you to move through your growth , out of your pain, and into your own mastery and... you have to do it.

 

It is my passion to help all those who wish to move forward, those who are here to be the creators of heaven on earth as we enter into this incredible new age of self mastery and conscious creation of desire. So observe where you are consciously. Choose what you want to create for yourself and humanity. Then act, do your inner work. This is what it takes to get there, AND KNOW... You are only a thought away.

Riding the Waves of Change

I have been talking about "The Shift", about solar flares, solar winds, solar storms , the electromagnetic field around the earth, how thoughts are electric and emotions are magnetic, for what seems like years.  Why?  Because This electromagnetic field around us is the core foundation of our consciousness and as it changes, so do we.   We are all experiencing this great SHIFT in consciousness whether we are aware of it or not.  

 In my work as a coach, I see the patterns of energy that is being altered at various stages of this shift.  the most apparent aspects of this segment of the shift is that we are becoming the effect of our belief systems at an accelerated rate. Time is collapsing and the Law of attraction is quickening in the process. So what that means is that we are manifesting our thoughts faster.  

Are you ready to have all your thoughts become your reality instantly? Are you aware that your sub-consciousness thoughts are connected to your emotional body, and your emotional body is what has the power to manifest? It's not what you consciously think about. That's connected to the mental body and it has been taught to 'control' and manipulate and not trust and ...I think you get the message. We are at a point in our human evolution that we need to learn how to change our sub conscious beliefs. our world is rapidly changing as the disclosures are surfacing in order to purge the old destructive patterns from every aspect of our lives. We want our freedom, we demand our freedom and it begins with our individual responsibility to create for ourselves what we desire because we desire it. No longer do we want others to control us through fear and it starts by changing our belief systems, focusing on the sub-conscious beliefs that are connected to the lies and deceit of the old paradigm and transmuting them.

Join me, work with me, lets clear our space and make room for a new electromagnetic field to grow within us creating a new foundation of freedom and love. This Shift is helping us expand beyond our wildest hopes and dreams. It is bringing Hope to the planet in waves of light. It's time to master and ride these waves of change.  

It's simply NOW TIME. Wake up and become the creators of your own reality.

Tonight's Topic 10-17-11 :  Energy Clearing 202" 

 Wow what energy! Last week's Energy Clearing was incredible. the amount of movement that I felt in my space through the clearing was amazing. Thanks to everyone who emailed and shared their experiences with me.  It seems that I wasn't the only one that needed to release the denser energies (entities and beings!).

For all of you who have been waiting patiently for the archive of this really transformational call, I can only say "the Devil made me do it" and to follow it up with "thank God I cleared his energies". All kidding aside, out of all the calls I have facilitated and recorded, this is one of only three that the recording has not been successful recorded. So, as intuitive as I have become, I immediately became aware that I needed to do an additional clearing call.

This is the time that the game is changing and we need all the freedom of movement we can muster. Becoming conscious of our own thoughts and desires is only a small part of why we need to release these energies. The bigger picture is that we  now need to create the space to integrate our soul's energy. To bring our non physical energy into our physical being. We are bringing Heaven to Earth and IT IS NOW TIME  to step up and take our place in what we came here to do, Who we are here to become.  Our souls purpose is expanding out from within us calling for our full attention. In the process, the noise of the old energies, entities and beings that have us locked in place, fearful of forward movement have got to simply be released.
